Why every Australian gym should be using kettlebells

  • More profitable than larger and expensive exercise machines
  • They provide a shorter, more effective workout for both men and women
  • Available in a full range of sizes to suit men and women of all fitness and strength levels
  • Fun and innovative group classes
  • Larger class sizes with only one instructor
  • Higher return of investment
  • Low cost and maintenance
  • Also suitable as a stand alone free weight
  • Already hugely popular in US gyms like the '24 Hour Fitness' chain and local gyms like 'ReCreation'
  • Distinguish your gym from more traditional free weights and aerobics focused gyms
  • Provide extra value to your customers with unique kettlebell group classes and personal training
  • Huge boom in the USA with a carry over effect here in Australia
  • Classes are easy to run and and promote
  • Support and service from Australian Kettlebells

"Our Kettlebell/Bootcamp programme here at ReCreation has been an outstanding success. Sold out classes, waiting lists, fantastic feedback and transformed bodies.

Our members have embraced Kettlebell principles and techniques - core strength and muscle endurance gains have been experienced across the board.

In summary, functional strength is up and bodyfat is down. What more could you ask for?”
Steven Scrofani - Personal Training Manager, Re Creation Health Club

Getting Kettlebells into your gym

There is no better way to get kettlebells into your gym than to introduce group classes run by a Certified Australian Kettlebell Instructor (AKI™). AKI™ status is nationally recognised and can be obtained by anyone with a certification 3 or 4 in Fitness. The two day AKI™ course is run year round and earns participants 3 PDPs from Kinect Australia. It covers all of the theoretical and practical applications of kettlebell training needed to begin personal and group instruction.

Call us on 0412 545 351 to discuss your needs. We can even arrange for an AKI™ to visit your gym for a free demonstration.

Purchasing Kettlebells

Kettlebells can be bought directly from Australian Kettlebells® - either individually or in sets. Sets can be tailored to your needs and may contain a range of kettlebells from 4kg through to 64kg. To neatly display and store your kettlebells a unique rack system is also available (pictured below).

Wholesale discounts do apply for bulk purchases so please call us (0412 545 351) to discuss your gyms' specific requirements.
